Junior Program

Ages 13-21

For athletes who want to learn the fundamentals, build good habits, and still have room to study for exams.

2-hour sessions on weekday afternoons and Sunday morning.

High performance coaching

What is high performance coaching?

High performance coaching is not more volume for the sake of it. It is a joined-up system: plan the work, recover properly, fuel the body, build strength, sharpen speed, then feed every session back into the next decision. Done well, that loop improves athletes, prevents burnout, and times the peak when it matters.

FAQ

Common questions.

How to join, what high performance coaching means, and who coaches at Speed Collective.

How do I join Speed Collective?

Create an account on the Register page. Parents register for athletes 17 and under. Adults 18 and above register themselves. After you sign in, open Programmes in your account to enrol in Junior or apply for High Performance.

What is a good age to join?

Junior Program is open to ages 13-21. That window is a strong time to build sprint technique, speed, and training habits while still balancing school. High Performance is for ages 18-35 and is selective. If you are unsure which path fits, contact us.

What is high performance coaching?

High performance coaching is a full development loop: planning, recovery, nutrition, strength training, and speed work, tied together with feedback so athletes improve without burning out and peak at the right time. At Speed Collective, that system sits inside our selective High Performance Program.
